Necrotising enterocolitis - Radiological findings

Supine abdominal x-rays are the classical picture needed for diagnosis.
If NEC is suspected clinically, or there is concern on supine films the following can be done:
-cross-table lateral  or
-left-lateral decubitus film

What do you see in the pictures?
1. Asymmetrically distributed dilated bowel loops
2.bowel wall edema with thumb printing
3.pneumatosis intestinalis (intramural gas)
4.portal venous gas
5.pneumoperitoneum
6. Free gas if there is peritoneal perforation
